This site is very new, with only a little temporary content to get started.
It’s many years since I had a website with my own name on it even though I’ve had others with different names. My original David Murray site suffered from neglect during the years that I was caring for Hilda with dementia, and I never had the energy and motivation to rescue and restore it afterwards. Due to this neglect it was hacked and several years ago I closed it down completely.
This new site will grow slowly to cover the various things that interest me, so you can expect to see some posts on Christian faith and church, some on birds and other natural history, some on books with links to the books that I’m currently selling on other sites (including those I’ve written myself), and hopefully some on the beautiful scenery and places of interest in the North of England. In this last connection I’m hoping to be able to rescue much of my old “Around England” site; the jury is out on that one.
